2023 Big T'ings, White Wine, California
Our winemaking team employed whole cluster pressing and a mix of stainless steel, used French oak, and terra cotta fermentation. The phenomenal result is a wine with a slightly creamy texture and a vibrant, invigorating palate. Aromas of fresh guava and pineapple leap from the glass, reminiscent of the lush vegetation and climate of Jamaica's Blue Mountains. On the palate, the dub rhythms of this wine move to a delicious beat, evoking the flavors of Tropical Skittles, followed by a zesty lime note that cuts through the richness. On the finish, there is a lingering note of white peach, leaving you wanting more.
2024 Pink's Not Dead, Rosé, Sierra Foothills
This Rosé first greets you with that pink hue and a bouquet of wild strawberries and white peaches. On the palate, vibrant flavors of strawberry, juicy watermelon, tart cherry, and pink grapefruit create a nearly erotic sensation on your tongue. The mouthwatering acidity and clean finish will leave you feeling sublimely refreshed.
The Infamous, White Wine, California
One whiff and you're transported to Venice Beach in its prime—a hazy blend of apple, honeycomb, and beeswax hitting your nose like a sweet, forbidden secret. Then it's a full-on flavor riot on your tongue: caramelized pear, plus mangoes and pineapple upside-down cake. That's the Albariño, bringing the tropical heat. But hold up, this ain't no one-trick pony. The Riesling really shines here, bringing a whisper of nutmeg, allspice, and clove to the mix. And the texture? Creamy, full, and demanding your attention.
