The Benefits of Solitude Red Wine
Pale Garnet in color, the wine reminds us of the brick-red glow of a blood moon during a lunar eclipse. It makes sense that Big Sur is featured on the label, as wafts of forest floor, cedar and dried florals float from the glass. There is a hint of cinnamon, enveloped in ripe macerating strawberries that lure you into the glass for each sip. On the palate, it's all about dried cranberries, currants, orange peel and a sprinkle of Szechuan peppercorn. This wine is light and juicy in the best ways, with a beautiful tartness and clean finish. Low in tannins, we think this wine would be a great pairing to ramen bowls, mushroom toasts or white pizza.
Honky Tonk Girl
Honky Tonk Girl is as pretty as a peach and finer than frog hair split four ways. Raspberries, blackberries, and tobacco meteor out of the glass. Smooth, with leather and pepper on the tongue, this red wine has an abundance of luxuriant tannins and structure that’ll make you throw a hissy fit fixin’ for a good ole’ pulled pork sandwich and slaw. You’ll surely have a hankerin’ for this celestial Malbec beaut ‘til the cows come home.
Soul Fuel
Harkening back to our roots, Soul Fuel is a dark, luscious Napa Valley blend that is a complete throwback to wines like All or Nothing. That's right, we're back to big Zinfandel blends and vintage motorcycles, and it feels so good. From a winemaking perspective, our winemaker Bertus will tell you this is all about extraction. Through it, we have brooding color, alluring aromas, and dark flavor. On the pallet, it's basically a blueberry milkshake with deep flavors of blueberry and raspberry intertwined with mocha, exotic spice, and white pepper. Perfectly integrated tannins and a satisfyingly long finish make this. This is the right stuff to fill you up.
Make Money
Waves of complex, enticing aromas of ripe raspberry and cherry, vanilla, and floral notes hit you like a first kiss. On the palate, there is a pure expression of fruit and power, with bold flavors of blackberry, black cherry, wrapped around mocha, cinnamon, and cedar. With sensual, silky smooth textures and integrated tannins, this opulent wine was literally made to encourage drinkers to make out.
