Unspoken, Sparkling White Wine, Mendocino County

It may be said the best things in life simply go unspoken, but we believe they do not have to go uncelebrated.

Our sparkling wine is non-vintage, giving us more flexibility to blend the style we wanted. The French would call Unspoken an “Extra Sec.”

The name Unspoken and the ornate skeleton keyhole design were chosen because it has a vintage throwback feel and also because we worked closely with one of California’s preeminent sparkling wine houses to develop this fun and unique sparkling wine. Part of our arrangement in doing so was a very strict non-disclosure agreement, thus  just “who” that producer actually is will have to remain strictly “Unspoken” – Leave no words unspoken, except the secrets that we keep!

In typical Tank style this is not a wine to over think, but to simply enjoy - chill it nice and cold and enjoy it any time for the sake of pure enjoyment – on its own or with a wide range of foods such as spicy Asian, rich cheeses, crab, lobster and desserts (such as fruit tarts, light cakes, custards or sorbets).
