By now you know that we love to experiment. The Love Removal Machine is a collaborative, kind of insane experimental idea that came from the minds of our wild team. The result is this whole cluster, foot-stomped, bottle-capped, 95% Syrah, 5% Gewürztraminer masterpiece… It's pretty delicious and we only made one barrel of it.

The Syrah gives it this magically dark and bruting flavor profile while the touch of Gewürztraminer adds a delicate, minerally and almost spicy character to the final package. The Love Removal Machine is one of our most aromatic, complex, limited and unique wine ventures to date.
