2016 Rattle and Roll, White Wine, California

Prepare to Rattle & Roll. Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho come together to show off outrageous tropical flavors and layers upon layers of texture and personality. Fresh peaches, honeysuckle, juicy pineapple and cracked white pepper flavors wrap around your palate with a clean, lingering finish and distinctive texture unlike any other. Thanks to some good, old-fashioned foot-stomping and a little time on the skins, the end result is a wine with a striking light copper color and some real bite.

Our Rattle & Roll label was dreamed up from an actual 1950’s skin and rattle of a western diamondback rattlesnake. Found locally and now hanging on the wall of the garage, we’re hypnotized by its idiosyncratic texture and patterns. There’s no better visual representation for a wine with as much spirit, limitless depth and killer mouthfeel as this one does.
