Long, smooth and pretty. That's how we like to ride. So to stay fresh and cool this summer, we had the crew whip us up the Cadillac DeVille of white wines.
Using parts from different model years, we built the ultimate wine for warm weather. First, we put this thing on a Chardonnay chassis for the color, acidity and smooth texture. Next, we decked it out with Grüner Veltliner wheels for those clean pear and lemon flavors. Lastly, because we couldn't resist, we hung some fresh Pinot Gris from the rearview for a crisp touch of style. This wine rides comfortably with a long-lingering finish.
On the hood, we present a vintage photograph of a late-'60s white Cadillac, taken from the window of an old motel. Cadillacs of that era, if y'all recall, were nearly 20 feet in length and known for their smooth sexy ride. We couldn't think of a better way to explain what this wine is about.
Long gone.
