Late harvest is a term given to wines made from grapes left on the vine longer than most, showcasing characteristics close to raisins with concentrated flavors and acids. We chose "I Hold On" as the name for this luscious dessert wine to embody a romantic and rebellious spirit, perhaps best shown by the two young lovers on the label living wild and free during the prohibition era.
This dessert wine bustles with floral aromas, apple, fried apricot, sweet pear, allspice, all offset by well-balanced acidity.
Can't hold on forever.
